Remove gnome-search-tool ("Search for Files") from default install of
Ubuntu
To reproduce:
1. Open the Dash and navigate to the App Lens
2. type "search" into the App Lens search box
3. You will see that a application called "Search for Files..." appears.
John, a reasonable request but this bug wasn't seen by the Right People
until after Final Freeze so it may have to wait until P.
