I understand that actual rules exist for this, the fact remains that having 1 letter out of all the default launchers not capitalized, in my opinion, seems like an oversight, and more or less makes the new Dash button look like an afterthought that was hastily tacked on and forgotten. Could

It would still seem like an inconsistency. If home is the location and therefore not worthy of a capital H, then folder in Home Folder shouldn't be capitalized either, with folder being the location. But, I would think that wanting to create a smooth and consistent looking UI you would want
