On Oneiric, after upgrading from Natty, the Nouveau kernel modules are
- loaded in favor of the Nvidia third-party modules. The _only_ way that I
- was able to get the Nvidia modules to load was to remove the Nouveau
- moduels -- blacklisting them in /etc/modprobe.d did n
