Public bug reported: This is a Samsung N130 netbook with a Realtek wireless adapter. Most of the time (though not always) the wireless network will work correctly when the machine is first booted. If the laptop is suspended and then woken the wireless network never returns. Wired networking is still available.
Restarting Network manager doesn't help, neither does rmmoding and modprobeing the r8192se_pci kernel module. Below are the messages shown in syslog when the wireless network is unresponsive and network manager has been stopped. The first block is the output from rmmod, the second from modprobe and the final block from restarting network manager. You can see that wlan0 is started to be configured, but this ultimately fails and the interface is disabled.
