ltsp-update-image does not respect
That's by design. If you run `ltsp-update-image --force`, then your
$CHROOT/boot/pxelinux.cfg/default will be updated, and your
BOOTPROMPT_OPTIONS settings will take effect.
I think that behavior is too cryptic though, so maybe this bug report
should stay open until some developer redesigns the
