Public bug reported:
in fully updated Oneiric if you leave the dash open and wait for the
screensaver to cut in and lock the screen the screensaver does not blank
the dash, it sits behind it. Worse, when you try to unlock the
screensaver the login window is behind the dash so blurry and can't be
typed in because the focus is a bit confused.
