Hibernation worked fine before I performed a distribution upgrade from Natty to 
Oneiric. Best way to describe it is to show a screenshot. I'm fascinated that 
the screenshot actually displays what I see since I assumed it was something 
after the video driver causing the corruption but since it is in the screenshot 
I assume it isn't? Also the new window that asked me where to save the 
screenshot was not corrupted.
The way I get out of this state is to log out and back in, thus losing my 
recovered session.
