Public bug reported: Problem occurs with: xserver-xorg-input-synaptics 1.4.1-1ubuntu1, Ubuntu 11.10 beta 1 Does not occur with: Mac OS X
1. Log in to a guest session. 2. Open something that scrolls, like a Web page. 3. Try to scroll with two fingers. What happens: Nothing. What should happen: Scrolling. The default is edge scrolling, which (as far as I know) is both less common and harder to use. ** Affects: xserver-xorg-input-synaptics (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/850923 Title: Two-finger scrolling is off by default To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/xserver-xorg-input-synaptics/+bug/850923/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
