Thank you for the bug report. It has not been updated after a request
for more information in the last 30 days, for this reason we are closing
the report. Feel free to reopen it in the future if you have more
information and if this is still an issue.
** Changed in: exaile (Ubuntu)
Status:
The Exaile 0.3.x series is a complete rewrite. Ubuntu 9.10 released with
version 0.3.0.1, and the current development version of Ubuntu Lucid
includes Exaile 0.3.1.0. I can not reproduce this issue, and it has most
likely been fixed upstream. Has anyone experienced this issue with
Exaile 0.3.0.1?
@bigal50: Unless I misunderstand what you write, your problem has
nothing to do with exaile crashing. Search for other bugreports or open
a new one if that is still an issue for you and you can reproduce it.

[apport] python crashed with SIGSEGV in gtk_tree_view_remove_column()
Just installed it a few minutes ago, scanned my music collection of
mp3's and ogg's. Was playing a ogg file and about 3/4 the way through it
quit playing, I choose another song and it showed it was playing but had
no sound.
I'm running Ubuntu 9.0.4 which was upgraded from a clean install of
8.1.0
bug #180936 has a debug stacktrace

no indication that's a gtk bug, one task is enough, reassign the exaile
one if required

You received this bug
From the various duplilcate bug reports (Bug #99918, Bug#100028, Bug
#102628, Bug #102866 and Bug #103143), the problem seems to be still
there with exaile 0.2.8+debian-1ubuntu2.
Apparently, exaile always crashes when closing it.
