Maybe the Open Calendar link should not appear when there is NO
default calendar selected.
If that link only works with Evolution, it should then appear only if
Evolution has been chosen as the default calendar.
Thanks for fixing that bug, as Ubuntu GNOME Remix 12.10 is about to be
released.

I have this problem too! Gnome Shell needs a good calendar application.
Also, Google Calendar integration would be sweet.
I have attached a screenshot of the error in English for those of us who
speak English only.
