This is purely a Libreoffice bug I'd say, since unity (hence compiz)
can't (and shouldn't) control how an application interprets mouse-events
within its client-area. Marking it as "Invalid" because you already
filed the bug Libreoffice-upstream.
BTW, the real upstream-bug you wanted to include in
filed Libreoffice Bug 41247 at bugzilla
