I prefer that when I engage the Dash that it show a black background.
The chameleon color changes that Oneiric introduces often results in
less than desirable contrast between the Dash's background and its
contents. I very much prefer that the background be black like it is in
Natty.

A setting should exist that let's users disable the chameleon feature.
Users should be able to run the Dash with a simple Natty-like black
background. Maybe compiz-config-settings-manager could contain this
setting? Or maybe a gconf-editor or dconf-editor setting?
