The colouring of the battery status is relative to the remaining time.
In my situation, on a laptop with a battery lifetime of ~6 hours, the
indicator turns red when I still have ~ 1.5 hours left (= ~ 25%); this
is probably more then the full time of most other laptops, so it is
pretty useless in my situation.

The colouring should follow the absolute remaining time (turning s red
if say 0.5 hour left), just like the battery notifications do:
"Remaining time is xxx, you should.....".
