Oops, looking at my screenshot, I see it didn't record the pointer, even
though I had this option selected. Another bug, LOL!

1. Yes, it is reproducible, but it is also intermittent. It is happening on
both my computers, and with all apps.
2. I can't seem to control it, the problem just comes and goes. It was
happening just now with Libre Office and the Screenshot applica
