I found solution for this problem:
partman-auto needs this line to work:
d-i partman-auto/method string regular
here my complete partition part from preseed file:
d-i partman-auto/method string regular
d-i partman/choose_partition select Finish partitioning and write changes to
disk

I forgot to add the "d-i partman-auto/disk string /dev/sda" line from my
config, it´s works fine on 6.10 but no more on 7.04...

That's not how it works - see the installation guide at
https://help.ubuntu.com/6.10/ubuntu/installation-guide/i386/preseed-
contents.html. Specifically you need to preseed partman-auto/disk, not
partman-auto/select_disk.
