The new transport-method "https" needs CURLOPT_MAX_RECV_SPEED_LARGE of cURL to compile. But that is only available since cURL 7.15.5 (http://curl.haxx.se/changes.html). Please change build-dependency "libcurl3-gnutls-dev" to "libcurl3 -gnutls-dev (>= 7.15.5)". by the way...
