Public bug reported:
When running Feisty herd 4 on a System76 Z62F laptop, the Hibernation
option powers off the machine properly but the state is not preserved
when powered on.
Reproduction steps:
1. Select System->Quit->Hibernate
2. Wait until machine powers off
3. Power on the machine
Expected result:
Password prompt of the user previously logged on. Then, the previous state
should be recovered such as the windows that were open.
Actual result:
Ubuntu login prompt asking for the username and password. Then, an empty
desktop appears without any of the previous windows open.
