Binary package hint: openoffice.org
Whilst filling text fields in writer from a Microsoft Word document some
buttons in the dialogue box were blank. Steps to reproduce:
1: Open Word document with text fields (an example is attached)
2: Click in a field and the dialogue box will open
3: Buttons don't have any labels even though their associated actions work
Screen shot is also attached
