I'm still having this bug in the 12.04 beta 2, as well as in Oneiric.
The mouse sensitivity setting isn't doing anything with either touchpad,
mouse, or trackpad (Thinkpad X121e). I therefore have to use

I don't think this is a duplicate. This bug is particularly about the
fact that the way to get a fast mouse is to set sensitivity to low,
which is not particularly intuitive. I would expect high sensitivity to

Yes it is a duplicate. The key statement in the description is
Sensitivity seems to do little or nothing, bug #20852 says the
sensitivity has no effet whatsoever. If 20852 is fixed then this bug
will also be
