This is a bug when accessibility is enabled

+ 1. enable accessibility and launch quassel ( from the command line type:
export QT_ACCESSIBILITY=1 quassel )

Difficult bug to deal with since our Qt accessibility patches are
backports from Qt 4.8 and not part of the upstream 4.7. I doubt Quassel
upstream is going to deal with this.
