Public bug reported:

When i configure my system too "when on battery suspend when inactive for 30
minutes" then when on AC power when screen blank the back light is not turned
on when activate keys or mouse pad.
The system is not dead if I close the lid to make it suspend then i immediately
can wake system and screen back light turn on correct.
If I change the setting too "Don't suspend" problem does not occur. Despite
the setting is for battery powered and problem happens when AC plugged in.

Bad setting:
on battery: Suspend after 30min, when lid is closed suspend, when power
critical low hibernate.
When plugged: Don't suspend, when lid is closed suspend.

Good setting:
on battery: Don't suspend, when lid is closed suspend, when power critical low
hibernate.
When plugged: Don't suspend, when lid is closed suspend.
