Public bug reported:

I can't switch the audio output from "speaker" to "headphone" in the
Pulse Audio Volume Control utility (or simply "Sound Settings" -> "Audio
Output"). Nothing happens if i select something in the combobox. But I
can  change the output with alsamixer from the console, but if i do
this, the Pulse volum control don't see the output changes. It still
show the output "Speaker", but don't "Headphones"
