The version of mountall installed on your system (2.25ubuntu1+0ingo) is
not the official version and blocks the upgrade. Could you please update
it to the version from the official repository (2.25ubuntu1), try the
upgrade again and tell if it helps ?

OK thanks for the tip, I will try it when I'm at home and report you.
I installed this version of mountall to be able to remove plymouth,
as the official version of mountall has dependencies on plymouth
(see Bug https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/mountall/+bug/556372).
