This bug may be relative to the FreeBob librairy, because the sound card is using firewire. I own a Presonus Firebox and have the same problem. I am in touch with some ffado devel in order to understand what is the bug with freebob in Ubuntu. precision : i have the bug with feisty and with gutsy.
