Public bug reported: After clicking `Upgrade' button, `Release Notes' dialogue displayed. Its title is translated to `リリースノート', but the content does not.
I think that its content should be translatable, or it includes link to translated release note wiki page at least. Background: I hear many times that some Ubuntu Japanese Team members says "read release note before upgrade", but many Japanese users do not read English messages well. And current update-manager's behaviour does not have way to translated release notes. Japanese release notes translated well, but some people cannot reach it. That's sad thing.
