Public bug reported:
If I use the keyboard layout applet and add the support for another
keyboard layout (spanish) I can't switch between the 2 layouts.
If I click on the keyboard layout applet nothing happens. I have also
tried setting and using keys in the "Group Shift /Lock behaviour"
section.
