Public bug reported: 1) Open up multiple terminal windows. 2) Select the workspaces icon in the launcher. 3) Drag one terminal to another workspace. 4) Click on the terminal icon in the launcher to show all terminal windows. 5) Click on a terminal window that is open in another workspace. 6) About half to three-quarters of the time, that window will gain focus, but the workspace will not be switched, leaving the user on the current workspace with an invisible focused window.
