I've synced cloop from Debian to now include the cloop-src package,
since it was unclear why it was being excluded in Ubuntu in the first
place. Marking this as fixed accordingly.

At least the fuse cloop code could probably be packaged, so that cloop
images can be opened even if strict on disk space. (Currently one needs
to uncompress the whole cloop image)
