Public bug reported:

When opening a Java app that uses the system's look and feel in Java and said 
application starts in fullscreen mode then the menus are wrongly selected
I attach a screenshot and a small code (and a compiled jar) that can reproduce 
the problem.
This happens with default-jdk, sun-java6-jdk, openjdk-6-jdk and openjdk-7-jdk
