Received unknown WMI event 0x11 during S3 testing

Information from OEM engineers
Although we may be seeing this during S3 testing, it may be coincidental
that this message is showing up during S3 testing. WMI event 0x11 is the
status change event notification. So, anytime the battery charge method,
charge status ( enable/disable), ALS level etc.
