Public bug reported:

when I tried to install ubuntu recommended softwares through ubuntu software 
center, though it starts download that perticular software but after few 
seconds it throws some error like "Failed to download package files.... check 
your internet connection". I have installed many softwares through ubuntu 
software center and there was no problem. For past 2-3 days I am not able to 
install anything. I am not able to install adobe flas player and so could not 
see youtube videos. Please help me. 
I am using ubuntu 11.04.
