Hi Bilal, not actually the scroll function but how the other
windows/applications behave while the Gwibber Status box is open. I
haven't checked this issue for a while. I'm using Lubuntu right now. I
will post an update once I test it on Ubuntu.

I can confirm the described behavior on x86_64 oneiric, gwibber
v3.2.0.1.
Xorg and gwibber processes use a lot of cpu cycle, I think the issue
might be caused by the transparency level of the Status box.
