steps to reprocuce:
 - open lazarus-ide
 - open more than one tab
 - try to change the tab by clicking on the tab title (should not work)
 - try to scroll (should not work)
 - try to mark text (should not work)
 - mark text with your keyboard (should work in half of the cases)
