Before upgrading to 11.10 I was able to suspend the computer
successfully. Now suspending does nothing. I've tried enabling
suspending from the power management options as well as the pm-util
commands.
Additionally, can you please see if this issue occurs when you remove
the Nvidia proprietary drivers and use the free Nouveau ones?
