Rick, thank you for reporting this and helping make Ubuntu better. This
bug was reported a while ago and there hasn't been any activity in it
recently. We were wondering if this is still an issue? Can you try with
the latest development release of Ubuntu? ISO CD images are available

I am using LinuxMint mostly now and it works fine. I have a partition i can put
the dev version of Ubuntu on for the test, it will take me a few days.

I downloaded the source from ralink, built and installed the driver. Issue
resolved.

file to a backup copy and then to copy the one I built into the module
staging folder. There was no existing file in the module staging folder.
