Sebastien, unity-launcher-editor is possible using if I using GNOME3
fallback session?
Now, I need using this mode because more accessible now the fallback
session unfortunately.

If I launch manual gnome-desktop-item-edit application for example in Terminal,
possible create any icon with the desktop.
I used following command:
gnome-desktop-item-edit --create-new ~/Desktop
Because I using fallback session, this application is already installed.
