Public bug reported: When an user talks to me on Empathy:
1) If the my dialog window is closed, ubuntu (11.10) signal it's message icon (on the upper panel), properly, to color blue. 2) If the my dialog window is already open, ubuntu does not change the icon color, even when the dialog window isn't on focus. In the case (2), the notification popup is shown properly. The only problem is the color of the message icon, on the upper panel. I think it's important in case I didn't see the popup notification. i.e. when I'm not in front of my computer. So I always have to reply the message and close the window, what is not practical.
