Public bug reported:

$ grep user /etc/passwd
user:x:1000:1000:user,,,:/home/user:/bin/bash
useri:x:1000:1000:useri,,,:/export/home/user:/bin/bash
$

These two accounts are collapsed into just useri when presented via lightdm.
Ordering in /etc/passwd doesn't change things.
