1. Plug in a usb device that has one or more mountable drives.
+ 2. Move the mouse over the launcher area
+ 3. Click on the USB icon at the bottom of the Launcher

This bug needs design input before we can proceed. IIRC a similar bug
was reported in the past and was rejected by design team, I tried to
search for it but seems I am not able to find it.
