Title:
libcommons-dbcp-java version 1.4-1ubuntu1 failed to build with
JDBC 4.1 introduces some automated resource management features through
introduction of the try with resources language features.
commons-dbcp 1.4 is targeted at Java 1.6 (JDBC 4) so does not implement
these features.
The resulting patchset to implement/no-op optional features is quite
large.
