Public bug reported: When running 'check for updates' in the Update Manager it objects to two PPA entries for Pidgin in the 'other software' list. If I try deleting these the deletion lasts while Update Manager is open, but when closed and re-opened these entries re-appear.
I have a perhaps related problem with adding software reviews in the Software Centre. I can post reviews but once posted I cannot edit them.
