This is also happening to me, Tomboy will crash several times a day.
This only started happening to me after I upgraded to 11.10
I have started it from the command line with --debug but the funny thing
is that it doesn't crash anymore but I get this error
"Error saving note" and it mentions disk
Status changed to 'Confirmed' because the bug affects multiple users.
