Public bug reported:

Am using BootitNG for multi booting systems. Have successfully installed
Ubuntu 10.10 . Now want to install Ubuntu 11.10 but when installation
reaches the stage of executing Grub-install to dev/sdd8 it fails & a
fatal error occurs.

I twice downloaded the installation "iso" and created installation disks
- but they all fail at the grub-install stage.

However I was able to install Ubuntu Studio 11.10 altenate without any
difficulties.
