Recently, openspf.org was replaced by openspf.net as shown in 
http://thread.gmane.org/gmane.mail.postfix.user/225274/focus=225295

The package is still pointing to the old URL :

/usr/share/perl5/Mail/SPF/Server.pm:46:    'Please see

This bug affects all the maintained releases of Ubuntu from Hardy to
Precise.
