This is fixed some time ago. The another rgb.txt is a symlink to
/etc/X11/rgb.txt.

I installed the release from the server-install CD, then 'apt-get
install ubuntu-desktop', without problems.
Then I created a repository-DVD of the downloaded packages to transport them to
another machine and tried to repeat the process with this DVD.
THERE I got this error and had to use 'dpkg -

Must have been a upgrade issue. Some old reference to /etc/X11/rgb.txt
in x11-common.

Running feisty since herd 1 without X.
I've been removing and adding some packages to create a desktop
environment instead of a server installation.
My problem occured when trying to install x-window-system package.
dpkg -l reports:
