The audio started working again after this morning's updates. I didn't
see anything in particular that may have solved this bug, but solved it
is, at least for me.

Flash video is back but still not the audio. With an extension I can
download the flash movies and see/hear them perfectly with the gnome
media player plugin as is or converted to an mp4.
Chromium and Epiphany share the same issue, so the only common
denominator appears to be flashplugin.

It's a moot point at the moment as I just had a partial upgrade that
removed the flashplugin installer and I can't get it back as ndiswrapper
will not be installed.
I trust this is a temporary situation, as antiquated as it is, most
websites still use iframes and flash rather than the far simpler
