I simply `killall xbindkeys` and the problem disappeared. It seems that
xbindkeys won't reload itself automatically, even you run `xbindkeys`
manually.

Yes, it was rely hard work to finally figure out that xbindkeys was the
source of the poping up xterm-window, every time i would like to move
cursor to the right (f) or open a file in emacs (C-x C-f).
Please 'xbindkeys --defaults > $HOME/.xbindkeysrc' should output all
key-mappings commented. Than
