Public bug reported:

Hi, I am using ubuntu precise as a host and guest and launched kvm-spice but
the guest is too slow. When I have the login screen of KDE, I entered my info
and again too slow to display the icons on the splash and at the end logged me
off. I tried virt-manager and I got a message
Error starting domain: unsupported configuration: spicevmc not supported in
this QEMU binary
