I just tried a quick suspend-resume cycle while docked, and the notebook panel worked after that. So that's promising; I need to test full suspend-resume cycles while not docked to make sure. xrandr --output eDP1 --scale .9x.9 now scales the panel. Changing it back to 1x1 just hung the computer, bu

FWIW, my dell e6510 has the same problem with kernel 3.3.0-999_3.3.0-999.201202090430 (from the mainline builds): screen is blank upon suspension -> resumption and also upon hibernation -> resumption. The last ubuntu kernel which did not have that problem for me was 3.0.0-14 . Cheers! -- You re
