I've now noticed that pbbuttonsd does load the config file on bootup,
but not on resume from sleep. Sending pbbuttonsd HUP reloads the config
and then behaves as normal.

#1. My trackpad is stuck in "tap" mode, but powerprefs says its in "notap"
mode.
The configuration file also says "notap" so it looks like the problem is
pbbuttonsd.
